Dr.Belay T. Ayenew is a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon at Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, Ethiopia since January 2024. He completed his fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at CURE Children’s Hospital of Ethiopia in 2023, following orthopedic surgery training at Black Lion Hospital. He is providing specialized care for pediatric musculoskeletal conditions including trauma care, deformity correction, DDH reconstruction, MSK tumor and infection care.
Dr.Belay is actively involved in mentoring medical students and orthopedic residents. He is also involved in the STOPUS trial. He is passionate and committed to provide compassionate, high quality care to children with musculoskeletal disorders.
